Healix®, the national leader in physician’s office-based infusion center management, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to champion and develop opportunities in South-East based in FL, GA or North Carolina near a major airport.
 
Perfect for the candidate who thrives in an autonomous, home-based work environment. This high-profile position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and interacts with the executive team and other key operational, client, and corporate personnel.
 
The ideal candidate for this position will have Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales experience specializing in Rheumatology.  You are a personable self-starter who is able to leverage your proven sales ability, network and industry experience across a range of medical specialties in various settings and communicate the substantial and established value that our service offering provides.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Direct selling- Make sales presentations to private and group practice physicians that effectively communicate value proposition.
  • Developing relationships with customers– Develop a sustainable relationship with the prospect organization and provide a smooth transition through the implementation process.
  • Meeting sales objectives-Consistently achieves or exceeds sales objectives in assigned territories.  Effectively coordinate the contract negotiation process with the prospect and legal counsel.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or infusion sales.
  • 5+ years of successful infusion sales.
  • Outgoing personality with relationship development skills.
  • Excellent oral, written and group communication skills.
  • Outstanding ability to prepare and present executive level presentations.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Proven contract sales success is required.
  • Significant travel is required. 
  • Ability to manage territory success in complex data driven market.
  • High motivational and persuasion skills
  • Proactive; Can do approach; Takes ownership of situations 
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
