Fort HealthCare's Quality and Integrated Care Department seeks a part-time, 40-hours per biweekly pay period, Patient Advocate/Data Analyst RN. This position will provide support within the organization to collect; display and present data to ensure appropriate goals and outcome measures are set and measured. This position will also make bedside rounds, provide feedback to leadership and work with staff to best provide immediate feedback to ensure fewer concerns, complaints and grievances. The Patient and Family Engagement team will be facilitated by this individual and ensure activities are appropriate for this team via a collaborative model.
Registered Nurse; Associates or BSN; if new RN to facility, will require BSN within 5 years of start date. Two years' data analytics experience/education as an RN in health care facility. Demonstrates the ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate information in an organized and timely manner. Possesses problem solving skills and the ability to synthesize information to make appropriate decisions while balancing team and individual responsibilities. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel and Power Point. Must also possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, the management team and physicians.
