The Scheduler/Care Coordinator will focus on maintaining Client relationships by assuring adequate recruiting scheduling and customer service.

Care Coordinator recruits, schedules and coordinates client caregiver schedules and communicates on a regular basis with families to ensure caregivers are meeting the needs of the families.

Educational Background/Prior Experience:

Human services background or strong desire to help others
BA/BS related field is a plus
Knowledge of the applicable state laws governing the type of care that a Caregiver can lawfully provide based on the Caregiver’s licensure or certification

Coordinate all scheduling activities, including replacement and substitute caregivers
Responsible for ensuring the schedule is accurate and up to date.
Maintain files to meet all standards, including state regulations.
Determine the need for expanding the size of the pool of qualified Caregivers and, if expansion is deemed needed, develop and implement a strategy for doing so.
Provide caregiver orientation as needed
Additional duties as needed
On call during the weekend and evenings once every two or three weeks.
Hours: Full time starts at $12.00 per hour but only for the probationary period of 90 days at which point we would discuss a salaried position. Health benefits also commence after 90 days. Office employees also qualify for monthly bonuses based upon billable hours.
