Manages and coordinates marketing strategies and activities for the facility. Responsible for growth by obtaining new admissions and meeting proper goals through building and developing external business leads and relationships. Directs activities related to admission of residents into the facility.


Designs and manages the marketing strategies for the facility.
Generate and develop new leads through a combination of in-bound calls, out-bound calls and marketing visits.
Conduct one on one contacts with potential referral sources, maintain positive relationships with current referral sources.
Utilizes educational opportunities to present the facility to referral sources.
Identifies contacts and manages potential clients.
Sources potential, appropriate patients for facility.
Accomplish targeted census goals.
Work individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and executing marketing
programs, assisting in the development of marketing communications and coordinating
Identify marketing program opportunities, and write and edit marketing materials to support sales and marketing objectives.
Responsible for implementing and managing systems to track inquiries, admissions, discharges, sales calls and other information necessary to monitor sales and business activity.
Participates in departmental budget planning and supplies monthly report to Administrator.
Perform additional duties as assigned
Confers with appropriate medical and facility staff to coordinate and schedule admission of
Assigns accommodations for new admissions related to nursing care needs, resident and
residents families preference, availability of space, and other information. Enters bed assignment information.
Prepares records of admission, transfer, and other required data.
Notifies departments of residents admission.
Maintains accurate financial records where appropriate.
Keeps records of admissions and discharges, and compiles occupancy census data.
Interviews resident or residents representative to obtain necessary personal and financial data to determine eligibility for admission.
Develops work procedures to maintain sales efforts that secure positive referral flow to the
facilitys objectives.
Develops and issues written and oral instructions.
Initial liaison with resident and families on facility services and issues.
Prepares composite reports on market assessments that assist with market evaluation plus strategic planning.
Adjusts errors and complaints.
Participates in departmental budget planning and supplies monthly report to Administrator.

Bachelors degree preferred. A minimum of 4 years experience in healthcare industry with admissions and/or business office and healthcare marketing experience preferred; or equivalent combination of

education and experience. Health care product or service sales experience required.
