RN Team Leader/Staff Nurse provides direct nursing care to the residents, and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, State, DPH, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be required by the Unit Manager to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Adhere to Nursing Scope of Practice as outlined in Massachusetts Nurse Code 244 CMR 1.00 - 7.00.

7-3 shift: 32 hours/week
3-11 shift: 32 or 24 hours/week
11-7 shift: 32 hours/week
