Title:  CRM and Marketing Automation Senior Consultant
 
Shift:  Full-Time, Days
 
This position will be located in the Marketing Department at The Christ Hospital Central Business Office, 237 William Howard Taft Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45219.
 
Job Overview:  This will be a highly visible thought-leader in the organization, heading up customer relationship management for the marketing department. Candidate should have a strong desire to help define processes, strategies and deliverables as CRM/marketing automation programs are being built from ground up. Responsible for planning, implementing and tracking CRM campaigns and programs - primarily focused on email, enewsletter, marketing automation and direct mail. This position will also be highly involved in data analysis and ROI for all marketing campaigns – in conjunction with our new CRM vendor and advertising/media agencies – and will be responsible for reporting on the activity and ROI of each campaign.
 
The CRM and Marketing Automation Senior Consultant may perform the following duties:
  • CRM & Marketing Automation – Strategy & Execution:
    • Perform in-depth discovery to understand our service line and brand CRM needs and opportunities
    • Understand the health consumer journey at a demographic, psychographic and service-line level using new or established research and personas, journey maps and multi-channel strategy plans to reach, engage, and convert consumers across each phase of their decision-making process
    • Onboard new CRM vendor and work collaboratively with members of marketing, digital and other Network teams (data architects, IT security, clinical teams) on system-wide rollout of best in class CRM system – and to define and execute strategies that can create conversion opportunities via marketing automation, drip nurturing and CRM. Foster engagement, loyalty, trust with brand and grow the organization’s business and new sources of revenue (cross-sell).
    • Become super-user of CRM platform
    • Work with design teams and/or agency partners to ensure high-quality creative executions
    • Actively collaborate with team members and partners to bring creative campaigns and initiatives to life
    • Review campaign messaging to ensure consistency with established brand voice and tone
    • Execute tactics to ensure alignment with business goals, project scope, budget and timeline
    • Be a collaborative and decisive partner across internal teams, vendors and clients
    • Provide consultation on best practices to SL and digital marketing teams, in collaboration with the CRM vendor
    • Project manage multiple campaigns through the production process
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • In conjunction with ad agency and CRM vendor, define an overall analytics and performance measurement plan by which success will be determined
    • Deliver activity and engagement metrics to the clients throughout the campaigns, providing recommendations on ways to optimize the campaigns in flight
    • Provide comprehensive ROI reports at regular intervals to the marketing team, powered by new CRM Platform and new marketing dashboard
    • Work with data, determine insights, and develop recommendations to optimize the consumer experience, journey and marketing messaging
    • Schedule and manage individual campaign milestones and tasks
  • Ongoing training & development:
    • Stay up-to-date with CRM trends including personalization, targeted marketing, and marketing automation
    • Assist clients in responding to changes in the competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Other duties as assigned:
    • Includes working on Network marketing/PR/communications projects as needed. Participation in media on-call rotation may be asked of this position – therefore basic understanding of PR and media relations practices is a plus. 
 
Education:  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
 
Experience:  5 – 7 years in CRM or marketing automation.
 
Required Skills & Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated ability to lead CRM and marketing automation programs from ground up
  • Ability to manage multiple project tasks, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Passion for analytics including email, enewsletter, direct marketing (web, search, social a plus)
  • In-depth knowledge of content personalization, conversion optimization and CRM integration
  • Charismatic leader – skilled in working with multi-disciplinary experts (writers, designers and developers) to efficiently execute on strategic plans
