Responsibilities: Coordinates and supervises daily administrative activities for assigned departments in collaboration with department director. Responsible for ensuring departmental compliance with all regulatory requirements. Facilitates proactive leadership. Guides the professional growth and development of staff and assists in the evaluation process. Assists in evaluating and selecting prospective candidates to staff departmental positions. Assists in the development and implementation of annual budgets. Assists with cost benefit analyses as appropriate. Assists in writing and implementing business and strategic plans as appropriate.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare-related field preferred. Current license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in the State of California. Minimum two (2) years experience in Home Health field. AHA Healthcare Provider or Red Cross Professional CPR Certification required.
