Responsibilities: Performs a variety of clerical duties including, but not limited to, word processing, data collection and entry, typing, filing, answering telephone, photocopying and opening mail. Organizes and maintains systematic records and reports. Ascertains files are current, accurate and complete. Prepares data for presentations, assembles graphs, charts, flowcharts and other statistical reports. Provides clerical and administrative support for departmental activities. Assists with research on special projects as needed. Responsible for arranging meetings, preparing agendas, sending notices as appropriate, and recording and distributing minutes. Utilizes and updates departmental databases effectively.
Requirements: Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience with good clerical, writing and analytical skills required. Computer skills required: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet (Access preferred). Experience with medical terminology preferred. Non-violent Crisis Prevention & Intervention preferred.
