Job Summary

The analyst portion of this position will conduct chart audits to monitor for satisfaction of standard of care measures. Contacts patients with pending expectations in order to schedule them to be seen in the clinic by their primary care provider. Tracks multiple quality measures related to improving the quality of patient care.

The MA Trainer portion of this position will coordinate and oversee the training of new staff in the outpatient setting. Manage and develop training manuals with policies and procedures as a tool for clear and accurate training.

Job Requirements

Associates/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required

Bachelor's Degree: Preferred

Three years' technical experience: Preferred

License as an LVN OR National certification (ARMA) as a Registered Medical Assistant OR National certification (AAMA) as a Certified Medical Assistant
