Master’s/Doctorate degree in an appropriate clinical discipline.
Five or more year's multi-disciplinary administrative experience and extensive experience with community mental health system, knowledge of CARF, MDCH and managed care standards and requirements. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and human relations, facilitation and collaboration, critical thinking and organizational leadership.
