Position Summary

As a Talent Advisor, you will customize recruitment efforts to ensure the organization consistently hires excellent applicants and fosters the organization's mission by delivering the integrated recruitment process. You will act as the recruitment point-of-contact for the Talent Acquisition Team and manage relationships with hiring managers, talent advisors, sourcing advisors and talent acquisition coordinators.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree: Preferred

Minimum Work Experience
Two years of talent acquisition experience: Required   Required Licenses
Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP): Preferred
