The Steward I maintains the overall cleanliness and organization of the dish area by washing and putting away dishes and kitchen equipment. This position is responsible for stocking all assigned areas with service equipment (kitchenware, utensils, dishes and glassware). The Steward I puts cleaning equipment away at the end of each shift and properly shuts down dish area.
· High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
· In lieu of GED, must have a minimum 2 years related experience and demonstrate the skills listed under Job Requirements.
