    • Lic./Cert./Reg.
      • All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.
      • Registered Nurse
      • Basic Life Support - Must be certified within 30 days of hire.
      • Must meet designated ladder level.
      • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Must be certified within 1 year of hire.
      • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Must be certified within 1 year of hire.
      • Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) - Must be certified within 2 years of hire.
