We are searching for a HRIS Analyst to
provide HRIS administration and support for Southcoast Hospitals Group and subsidiary organizations on HRIS related issues. Will prepare and distribute HRIS reports and/or statistical analysis of HR data as scheduled or requested.  Will act as a liaison to PeopleSoft end users. Incumbent will provide recommendations and guidance with regards to streamlining efforts and process improvements; as well as create and maintain current written end user processes and procedures. Responsible to maintain position control in PeopleSoft by processing all approved New Position and Position Control Change forms from leadership and HR. Carry out assigned HRIS activities with regards to PUMs and other upgrades. Will assign PeopleSoft security roles to users as appropriate, and establish and maintain security permissions and roles in the HRIS application.  Provide functional or technical supervision for assigned personnel and activities where supervisory responsibility is limited to occasional direction, guidance, explanation, etc.

Hours: 40hrs (full time)
Shift: Day Shift

Travel:  May require driving on average 3 or more times per week.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management Information Systems or related field required.  A combination of significant related experience (5+ years) and technical training may substitute for Bachelors degree.
  • Maintenance and reporting experience in PeopleSoft HCM preferred.
  • Must have demonstrated experience using MS Office applications, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, in a business setting for statistical compilation, analysis and presentation.
  • Must be familiar with HR and Payroll processing procedures, laws and regulations.
  • Duties require very good verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 3 years related experience with HRIS systems required.
