Job Summary The responsibilities of the Wellness Team Coordinator include performing medical testing/screening at offsite locations by greeting patients, reviewing patient's HRA form, performing vital signs and biometric screening, conducting appropriate documentation, instructing patients on test results and comparison to normal ranges, and providing basic education. This position will travel daily to offsite locations with occasional extended overnight travel and Saturday assessments. Will serve as the team lead and primary contact while conducting onsite HRA’s. Organize and schedule onsite health assessment. Collaborate with corporate wellness contact person per location. This position will drive company wellness vehicles to offsite location. Will work with the Cerner online wellness software to pull registration reports and eligibility reports. This position will work with the Office Coordinator to initiate the billing process and create company invoices. Wellness Team Coordinators may assist the Wellness Education Specialist in presenting executive summaries, conducting accountability coaching sessions, and wellness education presentations at offsite accounts. Job Requirements Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience Required: 1-2 years related wellness experience in a health and wellness setting or health care facility Skills Reading, writing, mathematic calculations pertinent to position, computer skills Excellent communication skills Incredibly detail oriented Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, OneNote, Must be able to prioritize workload and handle numerous interruptions Able to follow direction and work well as a team player Able to stand or sit for long periods of time Is a public relations representative and demonstrates public speaking skills Licensure/Certification/Registration N/A
