Job - Specific Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Assist in Serving Hot and Cold Food request for customers and patients. 2. Prepares, assembles, and delivers patient meal trays and snacks. Wash, rinse, & sanitize pots and dishware. Empty trash throughout kitchen and dining room areas & replenishing with new trash bags. 3. Performs assorted kitchen duties including sanitation, set up and completing temperature logs. 4. Utilizes automated tablets to record and transfer meal selections to computer.
Education/ Training:Technical, Trade, or Vocational Degree in related field or 2 Years Functional Experience Work Experience: 1 year's related experience preferred Physical Skills: Average agility and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying, or pushing moderately heavy items ( i.e food carts) Mental Skills: Must be fluent in the English language in a manner that promotes effective written and verbal communication skills. Requires the ability to be able to efficiently and accurately utilize portable electronic/computer devices. Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey information that may be somewhat complex and or to others who may have limited knowledge of the subject in question.
