Job Description

Provides technical coordination and support for individuals and families entering the healthcare system and assisting with the education and use of the HRHS Follow My Health Patient Portal. The Navigator is also responsible for meeting projected enrollment goals for federally regulated Meaningful Use objectives.

-          High School Diploma or equivalent required

-          Must possess a clean driving record

-          Must be creative and self-motivated

-          Strong written and verbal communication skills; speaks proper English

-          Strong technical computer skills; navigate email and internet

-          Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Adobe; ability to learn patient portal dashboard

-          Ability to communicate effectively with patients

-          Ability to organize work to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines

-          Willing to take initiative and work as a team member

-          Attention to detail
