Responsible for setting up, transporting, serving, returning, and cleaning all patient food trays. Food preparation includes making snacks, salads, and other cold items as needed. Properly store utensils and supplies for patient and cafeteria areas. Clean areas of kitchen and floor of kitchen as assigned. Put away stock items and properly rotate, label and date items as required. Pour coffee, tea, juice and other beverages. Assist salad person and/or cafeteria person with food preparation and area set up as needed. Ability to communicate in a friendly professional manner, articulate menu, and have professional telephone skills.
Complete other tasks as assigned by nutrition supervisors and/or management.
