Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse in the long-term care setting promotes and restores patient's health by completing the nursing process. Responsible for collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members and for providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends and families. Delegates and evaluates care assigned to CNAs to meet patient care needs.
Minimum Education Requirements: Completion of accredited licensed practical nursing program. Will consider new graduates.
Preferred Qualifications: 2 or more years of long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred.
License / Certification Requirements: Current Pennsylvania LPN license or eligible for licensure required. CPR certification required.
