Job Description

Candidates should have good interpersonal skills, be compassionate, outgoing, and enjoy working with elders.

Seeking part time 20 hours/week Dementia Educator (variable hours - primarily days with some occasional off shifts) for to provide annual and new hire Dementia Training to employees of our not-for-profit skilled nursing facility.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Dementia Practitioner preferred (or willing to obtain)
  • Prior experience with Dementia/Alzheimer's Care
  • Prior experience teaching adult learners
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to speak in front of groups of employees
