Job Summary: This position provides instruction for select courses in the hiring department. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Specifications: Knowledge of current technology and educational media used in teaching and presentations. Able to effectively communicate changes and instructions in a professional, effective and positive manner Able to keyboard 40 wpm. Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Able to communicate effectively on the telephone; think critically; manage multiple assignments effectively; organize and prioritize workload; able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure. High School Diploma required. Educational degree requirement, other than high school diploma, varies depending on program. Minimum one year of experience preferred. License/Certification requirement, if applicable, varies depending on the program.
