Responsible for providing technical support to all community locations operated by PMMA. Strong ability to provide technical assistance to users of all systems ultized by PMMA. The ability to provide new user set up, access permissions to systems, terminate users from systems, and provide support in all Microsoft Windows operating systems. Strong ability to configure and trouble shoot network printer issues, mobile devices and email issues. Must have the ability to setup computers and peripheral equipment. Must have strong committment to customer service and have good communication skills both oral and written. Must have the ability to work with users from basic entry level users to intermediate level users of desk top, and lap top computers. The ability to be patient and professional while working to efficiently rectify computer support problems.
