Summary:

Clean resident rooms and common areas in the community.

Education:

Requires the ability to read and write and to perform basic arithmetical calculations. Equivalent to two (2) years of U.S. high school education. On-the-job training.

Experience:

Over three (3) months, up to an including six (6) months. General cleaning, housekeeping techniques. Chemical application.

Job Dutites:

* Ensure that the community is clean, orderly and in an attractive condition.
* Follow the housekeeping schedule established by the Housekeeping/Maintenance Director.
* Clean all common areas in the community.
* Clean resident rooms and bathrooms, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, and making beds according to schedule.
* Become familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all housekeeping chemicals and cleaning supplies. Attend training on annual basis.
Hours:

This position is a Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm schedule with a 4-hour shift every other Saturday from 7:00am-11:00am.
