Required: Bachelor Degree and minimum of three years job-related experience. Ability to present to large groups of employees. Knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA and related state laws or regulations. Computer skills required: MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. HRIS Software such as PeopleSoft, Lawson or other databases. Lotus Notes, Outlook or other email systems. Administers the non-retirement, broad-based employee benefit plans for the WCHN organization. Prepares reports and conducts employee and manager meetings. Manages the day-to-day vendor relationships and resolves problems that may occur. Preferred: 3 to 5 years experience in human resources, benefits experience. Hours: 40 control hours.
