To provide quality pharmaceutical services to inpatients, outpatients, employees and the general public. To provide education, information, and advice to physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals on the use, selection, dosage, and administration of medications. To effectively supervise support personnel.
This is an enterprise position. Will be expected, as needed, to accept work assignments across departments or El Camino Hospital campuses (Mountain View and Los Gatos) or locations within a 15-mile radius.
1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an approved college of pharmacy.
2. Pharm.D or general residency desired but not required.
3. Current California pharmacist license.
