Regional One Health is seeking a dynamic, energetic, strategic and creative professional to serve as Director of Corporate Marketing. The chosen individual will have the opportunity to lead and direct the "in-house" marketing agency in supporting the business needs of its customers, key service lines and the health system's Foundation, working collaboratively to develop and implement strategies to achieve the stated business goals of the client. The director will also lead the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns, strategies and tactics to help ensure that the entire health system continues to build brand awareness, protect its stellar reputation, and maintains an image position that reflects the organization's mission and strategic goals and leverages its medical expertise in improving access to quality healthcare services. The director will have responsibility for setting and directing the organization's digital marketing, website design and integration, consumer research and engagement, social media, advertising and service launch strategies.
On a daily basis, the Director of Corporate Marketing will partner with the Chief Administrative Officer, Director of Corporate Strategic Communications, and leaders in community relations, volunteer services, information technology and patient experience to help ensure that the strategic marketing and communications goals and performance support achievement of the organization's strategic and brand awareness goals across all stakeholders. The director will lead a talented and experienced team, which includes a graphic designer, content strategist and marketing coordinator.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional strategist and tactical implementer who collaborates and communicates with senior executives, physicians, external stakeholders, leaders of key business units and support areas, and front line staff and can work independently. The candidate has exceptional project management skills, knowledge of marketing planning and analysis tools, CRM, innovations in digital marketing and social media and financial systems. The ideal candidate's education and experience includes a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field and a minimum of 6 years of comprehensive marketing experience, including service launch, brand awareness, consumer engagement and market research.
The ideal candidate exhibits strong leadership presence and has solid experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and data analytics. The individual can assess and launch emerging marketing strategies, evaluate consumer research and other data and keep the organization up to date on new developments in marketing and consumer engagement.
