Director of Nursing-Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity at Mayfair Manor:

This position requires current RN licensure and previous DON experience in the long-term care setting

As our Director of Nursing (DON), you will focus on managing the overall operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with company policies, standards of nursing practices and governmental regulations so as to maintain excellent care of all residents’ needs. Your management duties include, but are not limited to, hiring, training and developing, coaching and counseling, and terminating department staff, as deemed necessary. In addition, you will assume administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for all functions, activities, and training of the nursing department.

Requirements for Consideration include::

* Registered Nurse in good standing with required current state license.
* Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in long-term care and/or acute care setting required.
* Minimum of two (2) years management/supervisory experience required.
* Must have a current/active CPR certification.
* Significant technical experience and demonstrated leadership/management skills
