ARA Diagnostic Imaging 

is seeking an experienced Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!   

 

Summary: 

Responsible for monitoring, contributing to and measuring ARAs social media presence, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, and managing ARA events.

 

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.  Two-years of experience in similar social media and/or digital marketing role preferred.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Plans, executes and measures social media, web, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and email campaign strategy.
  • Develops and effectively executes a digital marketing strategy including scheduling, creative development and writing of posts and advertisements.
  • Manages execution of digital marketing online advertising efforts, search and display PPC.
  • Manages feedback resolution from patients, referring doctors, and employees on all social media platforms, in coordination with patient satisfaction team.
  • Analyzes marketing data with quantitative and qualitative techniques to measure marketing effectiveness for all digital and traditional mediums.
  • Manages and supports ARA client events and community sponsorships
  • Interfaces with agencies to assist in accomplishing digital marketing efforts.
  • Utilizes marketing automation tools to drive email marketing campaign strategies.
  • Oversees the management of the marketing portion of ARA's intranet website through SharePoint.
  • Produces simple graphics for social media, in coordination with Creative Strategist.
  • Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Strong written and communication skills.  Ability to create and position content in a unique, interesting, and engaging way to drive high user engagement
  • In-depth knowledge of Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram
  • Intermediate Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and others
  • Passion for technology, events, social media and photo sharing
  • Experience with managing content across social channels through third-party tools like Hootsuite, and others
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and stat reporting for social media platforms
  • Simple photography, video shooting and editing skills
  • Excellent project management and organization skills required
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and stat reporting for social media platforms
  • Technical knowledge, both Mac and PC platforms, with emphasis on Mac and advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Highly motivated with great organizational skills
  • Demonstrates appropriate customer service attitudes and services in a variety of work settings
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, Internet and presentation software
  • Demonstrates a results orientation for delivering appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete and timely fashion
  • Must be skilled in written and verbal communications, requiring the ability to read and write effectively and efficiently
