REQUIRES:Experience as Medical office receptionist, graduate of a 2 year Medical Office program preferred. Previous supervisory experience a plus, knowledge of commercial, state and Medicare insurance plans. Ability to manage EMR and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Patient first focused with the ability to communicate with a diverse population. Oversees day to day scheduling and front desk operations. Assisting Clinical Practice Supervisor with staff schedule and duties as assigned. Knowledge of Excel,Word,Outlook and NextGen.
