This director level position facilitates the optimal delivery of quality therapeutic and physician clinic services to all patients served by Casa Colina's Outpatient Services program, including PT, OT, Speech, Neuropsychology as well as patients served in 35 physicians' clinics. Successful candidates will possess a proven track record of success in clinical practice management; knowledge of total therapy treatment process; ability to perform financial assessment including annual budget process, charge audits and daily planning; ability to manage and motivate staff towards organizational goals; expert written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present rehabilitation information/issues to appropriate people/groups within and outside the corporation. Casa Colina operates under a 1206d physicians' clinic model.
In this capacity, the successful candidate will participate in multi-disciplinary management teams to develop and monitor all mechanisms required for continued licensure and accreditation.
Qualifications for this exciting and highly visible position include formal education in either business/financial administration or a professional rehabilitation specialty preferred (with California licensure) and management experience working in outpatient therapy, diagnostic or clinic environment.
