Required: Associate Degree and minimum of zero to six months job-related experience. CT State Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligible for licensure. Assists with the implementation of physical therapy services that identifies, prevents, remediates and rehabilitates acute or prolonged physical dysfunction or pain. Under the supervision of a physical therapist, delivers treatment including therapeutic exercise, physical modalities, patient and family education and procedures. Will work at out-patient location. Preferred: CPR certification. Hours: Per diem.
