Join the Healix team as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist!

 

Availability: PRN, at least two weekends on call a month and occasional weekdays as needed

CORIS® Pharmacy 

Healix® manages physician-owned office infusion centers and pharmacies nationwide providing in-office treatment and take-home medications for optimal patient comfort and outcomes. Our on-site clinical pharmacy team consists of Clinical Pharmacy Managers and Certified Pharmacy Technicians who provide an array of pharmaceutical care services to patients within Healix-managed office infusion centers across the country. Our pharmacists and technicians are able to enjoy daytime hours within a physician office setting and have direct patient interaction in an interdisciplinary team environment.
 

Clinical Pharmacy Managers 

Our Clinical Pharmacy Managers oversee onsite infusion pharmacies and are responsible for the compounding, dispensing, and monitoring of medications for patient use at home or in the infusion center. They conduct clinical consultations frequently with physicians regarding drug therapy. They interact daily with the office infusion center nursing staff to coordinate patients’ medications.


Qualifications:

-         Minimum 2 Years of Pharmacy Experience

-         IV Infusion Experience

-         Clinical Patient Management

-         Excellent Computer Skills

-         Home Infusion Experience a Plus

-         Pharmacy Management Experience a Plus

-         Infectious Disease Background a Plus

 

Manage Daily Operations of Site Including:

-        Patient Management

-        Drug Review Preparation & Dispensing

-        Patient Counseling

-        Clinical Monitoring Which May Include:

-   TPN Monitoring

-   Pharmacokinetic Monitoring

-         Pharmacist-in-Charge Duties
