*Applications Analyst - Sharepoint Administrator Position - Please Read Below:
Develop, implement and maintain SharePoint solutions. Design SharePoint architecture and sites/subsites/pages to support the needs of various business units, Recommend and implement SharePoint solutions to achieve greater management efficiencies including developing forms, databases, workflows, and user interfaces, Manage and respond to change requests; tracks projects and tasks through the software development lifecycle, Plan, design and query SQL databases; both related and unrelated to Sharepoint resources, Work on-site to conduct detailed requirements analysis and document functional specifications, Work with business analysts, application and infrastructure teams in gathering and reviewing Sharepoint requirements, Monitor capacity, performance and availability for assigned systems and ensure proper maintenance of the SharePoint platform and servers to ensure highest performance, Review usage and activity reports and propose changes as needed, Provide service desk assistance and troubleshoot and fix SharePoint issues or malfunctions; investigating and resolving systems-related matters, Investigate, analyze and resolve system problems, including workflow issues, Create process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflows that capture best practices, Provide training and end-user support regarding SharePoint and other ancillary issues including developing user manuals and designing and hosting training sessions, and serve as subject matter expert.
Requirements: BS in Information Technology or Business. 3+ years of SharePoint administration experience; experience with versions 2013 and 2016. Expert knowledge of Sharepoint security, infrastructure, system maintenance, deployment and publishing. Sharepoint certification preferred. Experience in web development, publishing and application. Working knowledge of Windows desktop and Server operating systems, Active Directory/LDAP, TCP/IP, MS Office, Internet, Intranet, Visual Studio. Technical skills required: HTML, SQL v2012 or higher, ASP.NET, XML, Java. Strong analytical and customer service skills; able to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously. Strong oral and written communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability dealing with changing priorities. Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
