Our medication assisted treatment clinics are open early morning, 5am M-F
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a DEA license in NJ. A qualified candidate will adhere to all federal and state regulations, and accreditation agency standards for licensure and narcotic treatment programs.:
You will be providing support and training to other medical staff, attending case conferences, consulting with clinic staff and patients regarding treatment.
You must be able to prepare reports, reviews records, and provides counseling. You will be responsible for assessing new patients and will discuss with the Physician.
You will conduct all history and physicals and assist in dosing as needed.
You will follow up with patients regarding recommendations from the Treatment Team and/or other providers.
Proficient with understanding and applying State Licensure Standards, CARF Standards, 42 CFR and HIPAA standards, and Company policies.
Must be Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state where the facility is located.
Must have training or experience in treating persons with opiate addiction.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Successful completion of State required background check and required trainings (CPR, First Aid Training, etc.)
