POSITION SUMMARY The Peri-Operative Education Nurse (RN) is responsible for the surgical, pre-operative operative and anesthesia teaching of all Surgical Services patients. They will perform both direct and indirect patient education. Education will be consistent with AORN standards and the physician and patient needs.
